BS2p24/40 Demo Board

Description:
The new BS2p24/40 Demo Board is a valuable learning tool and time-saving prototyping aide for the Parallax BS2p24 module and BS2p40 module (not included with Demo Board). The Demo Board provides very useful connections to 1-Wire, I2C components, parallel LCDs as well as a breadboard prototype space. This board is included in the BS2p40 Professional Starter Kit and BS2p24 Professional Starter Kit. The 7.5V 1 amp power supply is recommended (not included).
These are the features of the board:
- May be used with our BS2p Plus Pack which consists of a parts kit and documentation
- Standard 2.1 mm center-positive DC power jack
- DB9-F connector for programming and serial communication during run time
- On-board 5-volt regulator (LM2940 low-dropout)
- Solderless breadboard
- iButton socket (F5 MicroCan)
- RJ-11 jack for Blue Dot Receptor Cable
- 14-pin IDC connector for LCD (Parallax stocks separately a 2 x 16 Parallel LCD with cable - (#603-00006)
- Contrast pot for LCD
- Selectable 4.7 k Ohm pull-ups (1-Wire? bus) and pull-down (LCD)
- Connections for P0-P15, Vin, Vdd, Vss and 1-Wire? sockets
