4360 & 4370 Recorders uR1000 & uR1800


he uR1000 and uR1800 are small recorders with effective recording widths of 100mm and 180m respectively. These recorders come in 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-pen models as well as 6-, 12- 18- and 24-dot models (the 12-, 18-, and 24-dot models are for the uR1800 only). With our contact-free technology, these recorders have attained high reliability, and have a small case only 220 mm deep. Universal inputs such as DC voltage, thermocouple inputs, RTDs, and contacts can be accepted. Besides analog recording, measurements and scales can also be printed. With 5 x 7 dot matrix displays, these recorders offer you easy-to-view data. Data setting is interactive and can be easily done.

The uR1000 and uR1800 can be used as monitoring devices or as quality control equipment in many applications such as process temperature monitoring, pollution control, construction, furnaces, and the fields of medical diagnosis and refrigeration.

Fully contact-less technology in a compact, lightweight unit - only 220m deep
Thanks to high integration, all models - 1pen, 2-pen, 3-pen, 4-pen, and 6, 12, 18, 24-point dot-printing (12, 18, 24-point dot-printing for the uR1800 only) - feature a case only 220 mm deep. And they are light-weight as well, and approx. 3.8 kg for the uR1000 4-pen model.

Moving Sprocket
Moving sprocket technology is provided for smooth chart feed. Moving sprocket eliminates the problem of misfeed due to temperature and humidity changes. ( for uR1800 only)

Splash-proof door for enhanced resistance to environment conditions
The recorder front door meets DIN 40050-IP54 standards in panel-mount installations.

Improved writing technology for clearer recording
Ink bleed along the chart folds at slow writing speeds was always a problem with Z-fold chart pen recorders. In the uR1000/uR1800, a precision slot along the platen under the folds eliminates this problem.

Large bright dot-matrix display for measurement data and engineering units

Simultaneous analog and digital display
Measured value, tag name, and engineering units are simultaneously the large dot-matrix display. An analog indication of the process value is also displayed by the 1%-resolution bar graph.

Disposable felt pens (pen model)
Disposable felt pens are used for easy handling and quick re-placement.

Removable terminal blocks
Each input and output terminal block can be removed for convenience when wiring.

Model TA520 is an ideal jitter analysis instrument for all kinds of optical disks. The maximum sampling rate is up to 43 MS/s at a measurement resolution of 25 ps. It has a greater memory capacity that can store up to 512k samples of data (during time stamp mode). It also has various useful functions such as a built-in printer, optional internal hard-disk & SCSI, and optional inter-symbol interference analysis. The TA520 can be applied to the analysis of a wide range of devices, including optical disks (jitter analysis), laser printers, and communications.

43 MS/s maximum continuous sampling rate
The fast sampling rate can be used to analyze various next generation, large capacity optical disks such as DVD-ROM/R/RW/RAM, and high-density MO.

Maximum memory size of 10 EXP 9 data samples
The TA530 has a large memory that can hold 512k samples of data during the time stamp mode and 10 EXP 9 samples of data during the hardware histogram mode. The large memory is very useful for conducting measurements of the inter-symbol interference of a re-writable optical disk and of the rotational fluctuations of a polygon mirror.

Automatic scaling (auto window function)
The TA520 is equipped with a function (auto window) that automatically adjusts the scale of the display using the data and clock signals of the optical disk. By using this function, the measurement results can always be displayed at the optimum scale when measuring CAV and ZCLV type optical disks whose clock frequency varies during operation.

Inter-symbol interference analysis (option)
The inter-symbol interference analysis function, that analyzes the jitter present in an optical disk's signal, can be installed as an option.

3.2 GB internal HDD & SCSI Interface (option)
Large data files, setup information, and screen image data can be stored to the internal 3,2 GB hard disk drive. The files on the internal hard disk can be accessed directly from the PC via SCSI I/F and therefore no programming work is necessary to transfer the data.
